Inventory & Warehouse Analyst IV

Help keep critical materials moving safely and accurately. As an Inventory & Warehouse Analyst IV, you’ll play a key role in maintaining reliable inventory records, supporting field and warehouse operations, and strengthening supply chain performance in a dynamic oil and gas environment. Overview We’re seeking an experienced analyst to join the supply chain group in Carlsbad, NM. This role offers the opportunity to apply your materials management and SAP experience across both office and field settings while partnering with SCM buyers, operations teams, and logistics providers. Location: Carlsbad, NMCompensation: $32.00 per hourDuration: 12+ monthsSchedule: 9/80 or 5/40Travel: 10%–15% Key Responsibilities Complete routine physical inventory counts to support compliance and inventory accuracy.Enter all inbound and outbound material movements for the Carlsbad yard and warehouse in SAP.Create purchase requisitions for purchases and subcontracting.Collaborate with SCM buyers and operations teams regarding on-hand inventory.Assist with freight booking and other logistics activities.Apply company environmental, health, and safety policies and principles.Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and guidelines, including SOX and COPAS.Work effectively in both office and field environments while supporting customer service needs. Must-Have High school diploma or GED.Experience in materials management.Experience with SAP and the oil and gas industry.Strong analytical, computer, and communication skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.Strong organization and time-management skills.Ability to work independently in office and field environments.Flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic, multitask-oriented setting.Valid driver’s license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle. Nice-to-Have Experience working in an oilfield yard or warehouse environment.Experience supporting inventory, purchasing, freight, or logistics activities.
