Inventory Technician - PA

About the role
The Inventory Technician is responsible for processing and fulfilling orders, maintaining the smooth flow of materials from intake to dispensaries, and assisting with post-harvest duties as needed. This role plays a key part in building a strong, ethical, and team-oriented culture while supporting the company’s growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable with cannabis and industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill outgoing orders with high accuracy
- Conduct intake of finished goods into inventory
- Utilize state-mandated point-of-sale software and other computerized systems for inventory management and order fulfillment
- Immediately report any inventory discrepancies to the Inventory Manager
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
- Maintain compliance with all Company policies, standards, values, and procedures
- Participate in staff training and maintain product and industry knowledge
- Assist with and receive deliveries of inbound raw materials
- Continuously improve workflows and physical organization of storage areas
- Transport cannabis products to dispensaries or wholesale customers as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must pass stringent state background test requirements
- Age requirements: PA 18, MA/OH 21
- Possess a valid driver’s license or state ID card
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Qualifications
- Cannabis experience and knowledge preferred
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer usage, including seed-to-sale software and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Above-average math skills and high attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills, including anticipatory thinking
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining composure
- High level of integrity, reliability, and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and complete assignments with minimal supervision

Physical Environment
- Ability to perform essential job functions for extended periods (8–10 hours per day)
- Frequent sitting, walking, bending, climbing ladders, reaching, and repetitive hand motions
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 55 pounds over a distance of up to 100 feet
- May be exposed to cannabis odors, airborne particles, fertilizers, and high humidity in cultivation or processing areas
- Work may take place in retail dispensaries, cultivation rooms, or post-harvest facilities with varied lighting and temperature conditions
Pay
This non-exempt position is eligible for overtime pay, with a pay range of $18.00 – $20.00 per hour.
