Inventory Technician

About the role

Stoke is building Nova, a fully reusable launch vehicle designed for daily flight to lower launch costs and increase cadence. As an Inventory & Logistics Technician at the Moses Lake test site, you will manage test‑stand inventory, handle shipping and receiving, and support engineers and technicians to enable faster, safer testing.

Responsibilities

• Set up new inventory locations by assembling racks, labeling bins, and maintaining stock.
• Perform regular stock audits to maintain accurate inventory quantities.
• Work closely with engineers to keep inventory organized and ensure critical items are on hand.
• Coordinate with vendors to place orders and keep inventory stocked.
• Prepare shipments and receive deliveries.
• Pick up items around Moses Lake as needed (mileage reimbursed).
• Perform administrative tasks on site.
• Support test engineers and technicians with tasks that improve test speed, safety, and efficiency.
• Safely operate a forklift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or inventory role.
• 2+ years operating a forklift.
• Proficient with safely operating a variety of hand and power tools.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Own vehicle for local pickups (mileage reimbursed).
• Willingness to work outdoors for long periods.
• Ability to stoop, bend, crawl, and lift up to 40 lb unassisted.
• Rigorous attention to detail and high level of organization.
• Strong drive, ownership, and ability to lead or follow as needed.
• Positive, humble attitude and passion for high‑quality work.

Compensation

Target Level 1 range: $21.73 – $32.54 per hour. Base salary will be determined based on experience and skill level.
