Inventory Tech
About the role
As our Inventory Tech at CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson, you will efficiently and accurately manage supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels. Every day you will receive, stock, issue, and track inventory, performing counts, reconciling discrepancies, processing orders, and utilizing management systems.
Responsibilities
- Restocks supplies and rotates inventory supporting accurate inventory levels, generating orders/requisitions as needed
- Distributes medical supplies and equipment to patient care areas, while monitoring par levels for specific products to assure that appropriate levels are established in order not to affect patient care
- Identifies excess inventory, returning stock and processing credits
- Notifies supervisor of outdates or slow moving inventory
- Participates in the put away and validation process of perpetual inventory items; issues and credits materials from the inventory management system
- Maintains clean and orderly stock locations, and labeling bins and handling requests to change pars
Requirements
- One year supply chain related experience or other related experience
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Inventory database experience

CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson, part of CommonSpirit Health, a national nonprofit health system based in Englewood, Colorado. The faith-based system operates in 18 states and includes 103 hospitals. Additional services offered within the system are: long-term care, assisted and residential living communities, community health services organizations, home health agencies, and numerous outpatient facilities.
Pay
$15.75 – $22.24 /hour
