Inventory Supervisor- (Split shift)

Responsibilities
- Captures physical inventories in accordance with ODW and customer requirements.
- Coordinates product HOLD recalls and damage.
- Manages damaged and defective products, ensuring they are accounted for and properly disposed of.
- Uses metrics to manage day-to-day operations and communicates performance to the customer.
- Sustains a successful onboarding experience for employees.
- Trains, coaches, engages, and develops employees on efficient work methods.
- Interviews, hires, promotes, onboards, and trains employees.
- Monitors order claims and contracts for compliance with company policy and customer contracts.
- Reviews weekly inventory trends and discusses variations with appropriate staff members and customer.
- Deals with suppliers when there are serious variations in delivery, quality, price, or conditions.
- Oversees disposal of surplus material or scrap products.
- Regulates daily workload and assigns productivity goals based on customer's demands.
- Supports site quality management system.
- Oversees multiple employees in a multi-faceted environment to complete inbound, stocking, picking, packing, inventory, shipping, and return processing activities.
- Trains, coaches, engages, and develops employees on efficient work methods aimed at improving the accuracy, efficiency, profitability, safety, and security of the operation.
- Interviews, hires, promotes, onboards, and trains employees to sustain a successful onboarding experience.
- Advocates and supports corporate training programs for direct reports to prepare team members for career path progression opportunities.
- Manages hourly employee scheduling through workforce management software (UKG).
- Maintains knowledge of contractual requirements regarding execution of services and Key Performance Metrics detailing the measurement of our performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or Logistics preferred.
- 2+ years of Inventory Supervisor experience.
- Previous experience working for a Third-Party logistics provider preferred.
- Strong background with WMS (Required).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite products.
- Ability to drive change.
- Strong analytical abilities coupled with superior team building skills.
- Experience with multi-shift operations.
- Effective decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to “stay ahead of the curve” by finding new and innovative ways to satisfy the customer and improve inventory accuracy and customer experience.
- Must possess a high energy level and the drive to implement change.
- Must be "hands on", able to handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines, while maintaining high visibility in operations.

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
Operations Supervisor
The Operations Supervisor is expected to coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the warehouse to ensure the efficient flow of goods and meet organizational needs. This position is responsible for overseeing employees in multiple warehousing departments to ensure the operation is ran in a company-relevant and cost-efficient manner.
Essential Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple employees in a multi-faceted environment to complete inbound, stocking, picking, packing, inventory, shipping and return processing activities.
- Regulate daily workload and assign productivity goals based on customer’s demands.
- Train, coach, engage and develop employees on efficient work methods aimed at improving the accuracy, efficiency, profitability, safety and security of the operation.
- Interview, hire and/or promote, onboard and train employees to sustain a successful onboarding experience.
- Advocate and support corporate training programs for direct reports to prepare team members for career path progression opportunities.
- Manage hourly employee scheduling through workforce management software (UKG).
- Monitor hourly employee performance, year-end reviews, scheduling and one-on-one developmental meetings.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts in your warehouse by leading team projects to improve operational efficiency and customer profits in conjunction with lean management principles.
- Maintain knowledge of contractual requirements regarding execution of services and Key Performance Metrics detailing the measurement of our performance.
Qualifications
- 1+ year(s) of supervisor experience or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of warehouse management systems preferred.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Physical & Mental Requirements
- Frequent walking: Even/Uneven Surfaces; stairs.
- Environment: Extreme temperature outside (hot /cold); Internal: temperature controlled environment.
- Physical demands: Frequent sitting, typing, performing repetitive wrist motion; Continuous standing, walking, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, reaching on even and uneven surfaces; Focus (with or without corrective lenses) to see close and distant, along with depth perception capabilities; Use material handling equipment that must be operated according to specific operation procedures; Spends 90% of time on warehouse floor in fast-paced environment.
