Inventory Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Create efficient and accurate inventory management procedures
- Perform all daily activities necessary to maintain inventory management
- Ensure Daily Cycle Counts are completed as expected and conclude any investigation as a result of any discovered discrepancy
- Ensure all inventory adjustments are documented for future reference
- Provide training to Inventory Team members as needed
- Provide training to other Operations departments as needed to ensure quality of work and inventory accuracy
- Reconcile inventory and coordinate annual physical inventory procedures
- Work with management on implementing loss prevention programs
- Maintain accurate records of inventory
- Handle all paperwork and procedures necessary to meet inventory accuracy goals
- Verify all orders received and shipped, ensuring that the orders are accounted for in our records
- Account for all defective or damaged products and follow with appropriate corrective action
- Ensure cycle counts are planned and implemented following customer and Kuehne+Nagel requirements
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working with Inventory management
- 1+ years of leadership or training experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- 1+ Year of WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data.
