Job Summary

The Inventory Specialist will oversee processes and procedures for a designated inventory program, focusing on a large-volume, small-part inventory. They must be adept at organizing and extracting key information from data.

Requirements

  • Verify stock information and unit identification numbers
  • Inventory and audit equipment and parts
  • Unpackage, sort, and stage units for production
  • Maintain accurate inventory
  • Perform cycle counts and audits according to company policies and procedures
  • May perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize workflow
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Show excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Display excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods outdoors
  • Show flexibility in scheduling
  • Have computer and Excel skills (a plus)
