Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Prepare equipment for pickup and shipments.
  • Restock inventory in proper locations.
  • Ensure environmental, health, and safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with technicians and vendors for pickups and returns.
  • Load and unload trucks.

Essential Skills

  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office, email, and inventory management software.
    • Experienced in shipping preparation using Fed-Ex, UPS, and LTL pallet methods.
    • Skilled in scanning and cycle counting.
    • Certified in forklift driving.
    • Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Functional Skills:
    • Possess valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; some driving required.
  • Behavioral Skills:
    • Demonstrate strong communication skills with management, technicians, and vendors.
    • Able to follow processes and procedures.
    • Quick learner.
    • Self-motivated.
    • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Experience and Education:
    • A high school diploma or equivalent.
    • 2-5 years of relevant experience in a warehousing environment.
