Inventory Specialist

United Envelope is a leading manufacturer in the direct mail industry. Our Mount Pocono, PA facility is seeking candidates for an Inventory Specialist. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday day shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle large inventory of raw materials and supplies
• Perform cycle counts and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate and participate in bi-annual physical inventory counts
• Prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Work as part of a team across multiple shifts and with various departments

Requirements

• Prior experience in inventory management (manufacturing background preferred but not required)
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
