Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across all locations
- Conduct regular physical counts and cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies
- Roll production on meats, cheese, raw materials daily to ensure accuracy
- Review open purchase order vs received inventory
- Track yield by item or program
- Use inventory management software (e.g., ERP, WMS) to track stock movement
- Identify and report slow-moving, excess, or obsolete inventory
- Generate inventory reports and analyze trends to support purchasing decisions
- Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overstock
- Flag raw materials with no usage 30+ days
- Leverage AI to drive efficiency or improvements
- Able to lead and facilitate multiple Teams meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field
- Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks)
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma inventory practices
