Responsibilities
- Protect the accuracy, integrity and salability of inventory and adhere to standard operating procedures, meeting physical inventory and/or cycle count accuracy expectations.
- Perform daily Cycle Counts and Count Requests, and manage RMA, Inbound and Hold Areas.
- Safely and efficiently use appropriate power equipment (forklift, standup, walkie‑rider) in prescribed work methods and utilize radio frequency equipment.
- Inspect equipment and report issues to maintenance.
- Comply with OSHA and company safety policies and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Must pass pre‑employment drug test and background check
- Previous Standup‑Forklift or Reach Truck certification (Required)
- High energy level; willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
- Warehouse management system experience, including RF scanners and/or Voice (Preferred)
- Detail‑oriented with ability to handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- Ability to excel in a team‑oriented environment focused on safety, customer satisfaction, and quality/productivity goals
