Inventory Specialist

Essential Functions

• Maintains piece pick line by monitoring for no hold product and no restricted product.
• Maintains open TO’s for all inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Maintains open DNE pallets and communicates issues to operations.
• Maintains temporary bins and overflow bins to ensure product is not in undesignated areas.
• Processes inventory documents quarterly and annually, maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Cycles count bins as necessary when discrepancies are found.
• Maintains accuracy of inbound/outbound deliveries by ensuring all shipments are processed.
• Completes daily audits of quality hold product and crosschecks with warehouse inventory.
• Processes high volume of customer orders and change notices in an accurate and timely manner.
• Maintains QI sheet and coordinates with Operations for product placement and release.
• Makes pallet adjustments and places/releases quality holds as directed by Operations.
• Performs sample takeouts for quality inspection and completes system adjustments.
