Inventory Specialist

About the role

The Inventory Specialist will manage the inventory of all vehicles at Copart facilities, ensuring timely processing and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Document vehicle condition using company tools and complete inventories with supporting photographs.
• Direct traffic flow in the receiving area to facilitate efficient processing.
• Facilitate customer needs by understanding and applying Copart policies.
• Maintain the receiving area, operate cameras, and use handheld inventory devices.
• Determine the operational capability of motor vehicles and complete TLEs on required vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of all materials used.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• General automotive knowledge and mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate handheld devices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus.

Pay

$20.03 - $22.58 per hour.
