About the role
We’re looking for hands-on, detail-oriented Inventory Specialists to join a new drone operations site in Austin, TX and help keep daily logistics and inventory workflows running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily receiving, picking, packing, and stowing operations
- Maintain accurate inventory of customer packages and site supplies
- Operate manual pallet jacks safely to move freight across the facility
- Use digital inventory/warehouse management systems to track stock movements and orders
- Perform inventory audits and help maintain operational accuracy
- Support daily site readiness and logistics workflows
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in inventory, warehouse operations, logistics, or field operations
- Comfortable learning and using inventory/warehouse management software
- Ability to safely operate a manual pallet jack
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
- Reliable and comfortable working early-morning shifts
- Willingness to work onsite in Austin, TX
- Ability to travel up to 25% during initial onboarding for hands-on training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role preferred
