Inventory Specialist

About the role

We’re looking for hands-on, detail-oriented Inventory Specialists to join a new drone operations site in Austin, TX and help keep daily logistics and inventory workflows running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily receiving, picking, packing, and stowing operations
• Maintain accurate inventory of customer packages and site supplies
• Operate manual pallet jacks safely to move freight across the facility
• Use digital inventory/warehouse management systems to track stock movements and orders
• Perform inventory audits and help maintain operational accuracy
• Support daily site readiness and logistics workflows

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in inventory, warehouse operations, logistics, or field operations
• Comfortable learning and using inventory/warehouse management software
• Ability to safely operate a manual pallet jack
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Reliable and comfortable working early-morning shifts
• Willingness to work onsite in Austin, TX
• Ability to travel up to 25% during initial onboarding for hands-on training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role preferred
