Inventory Request Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead team members to fulfill their functions.
• Supervise the team members and understand their responsibilities to help them accomplish them.
• Ensure SOPs and safety procedures are followed.
• Communicate with leads and managers from other departments.
• Track productivity and team performance.
• Use warehouse system to update inventory records.
• Follow safety rules and regulations.
• Supervise and train IR associates
