Play a critical role within the inventory management solution, ensuring successful implementation that meets expectations and drives a positive customer experience. Actively participate in the customer solution discovery process, including crib crawls, to achieve satisfied customers, revenue growth, and retention.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly understand the process for installing Wurth’s various inventory management solutions: vending, VMI, crib, etc.
- Lead others to successfully complete larger installations requiring multiple people.
- Communicate IT requirements to customer personnel and complete connectivity requirements.
- Perform pre-installation tasks to ensure customer readiness and minimize implementation delays.
- Adhere to all communication protocols to keep stakeholders informed of progress (crib crawls, installs, etc.).
- On day one onsite, meet with customer champion/primary contact to review scope of work and safety hazards/protocols.
- Adhere to all customer site requirements: PPE, speed limits, parking, trash removal, etc.
- Complete solution installations according to specifications and in a timely manner; communicate delays and recommend plans if installation cannot be completed as scheduled.
- Provide adequate customer training upon completion of the solution installation.
- Perform maintenance for break-fix opportunities when called upon.
- Provide on-the-job training for new associates as applicable.
- Drive the Wurth Company Culture to ensure unity of purpose and fulfillment of Wurth’s MSM mission.
Requirements
- Basic mechanical skills.
- Basic understanding of network connectivity (preferred).
- Able to work in industrial environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal and social skills; ability to communicate and interact effectively with others.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Pay
$55,000 per year. Eligible to participate in an annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance and other factors.
Schedule
This is a remote role primarily involving travel to customer sites across the United States. Preference for candidates located in the Memphis, TN or Dallas, TX area, ideally near an airport.
