We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro: "Careers With Purpose Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, is dedicated to transforming the health care experience and providing access to world-class health care in America’s heartland. Facility: Gss National Campus Location: Sioux Falls, SD Address: 4800 W 57th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57108, USA Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 40.00 Salary Range: $24.00 - $38.50 Department Details This inventory planner position will work in the office in Sioux Falls, South Dakota." - Job Summary: "Manage inventory in a way that maintains continuity of supply to end users in a timely, cost-efficient manner." - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Qualifications: "Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of three years’ experience in Inventory Control required. Knowledge of ERP and WMS systems and Microsoft Excel a must, and understanding Lean principles strongly desired." - Benefits: "Sanford offers an attractive benefits package for qualifying full-time and part-time employees. Depending on eligibility, a variety of benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, work/life balance benefits, and a generous time off package to maintain a healthy home-work balance. For more information about Total Rewards, visit https://sanfordcareers.com/benefits ." - Also there is EEO etc which we must remove. - Also there is "Sanford is an EEO/AA Employer M/F/Disability/Vet. If you are an individual with a disability and would like to request an accommodation for help with your online application, please call 1-877-673-0854 or send an email to talent@sanfordhealth.org . Sanford has a Drug Free Workplace Policy. An accepted offer will require a drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment. Req Number: R-0274264 Job Function: Facilities and General Services Featured: No" We need to remove EEO, drug free workplace, etc. Also remove application instructions (like call/email). Also remove Req Number etc. But we can fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we could include a short

with location, facility, shift, schedule, salary range maybe? Actually salary range is substantive; we should include Pay section if posting actually states them. It does: Salary Range: $24.00 - $38.50. So we need a Pay section with that info. Also schedule: "Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 40.00". That's schedule info; we can include Schedule section. Benefits we have. Also we have "Facility: Gss National Campus Location: Sioux Falls, SD Address: 4800 W 57th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57108, USA". That's location info; we could put in a short

maybe under an "About the role" or similar. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have sections: About the role (maybe includes facility, location, shift?), Responsibilities, Qualifications (maybe includes education/experience), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what to include. We must not create sections with filler. So we need actual content. Let's extract: About the role: Could include facility, location, shift, job summary? The job summary is separate but could be part of About the role. However we have a Job Summary paragraph. Could be placed under About the role as prose. Responsibilities: list of duties. Qualifications: education + experience + skills (ERP, WMS, Excel, Lean). Could be under Qualifications. Skills: maybe separate but we could combine with Qualifications. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have Qualifications covering education, experience, and skills. Benefits: list. Pay: salary range. Schedule: shift, full time, weekly hours. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

    About the role

    Pay

    Salary Range: $24.00 - $38.50 per hour.

    Schedule

Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts. Job Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week.

We need to ensure we didn't repeat job title as heading. We didn't. We removed EEO etc. We kept all substantive info. Check if any duplication: we included facility/location/shift in About the role and also schedule in Schedule section (some duplication). Could we avoid duplication? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the info; duplication is okay if it's present in original. However we could avoid duplication by moving schedule info only to Schedule section and not repeat in About the role. But About the role currently includes shift and schedule; we could keep only facility/location and job summary there, and move shift/schedule to Schedule. That would avoid duplication but still preserve all info (just moved). Let's do that. Thus About the role: facility, location, address, job summary. Schedule: shift, full time, weekly hours. Pay: salary range. Now check if we missed any other substantive info: "Department Details This inventory planner position will work in the office in Sioux Falls, South Dakota." That's covered by facility/location. "Job Summary Manage inventory in a way that maintains continuity of supply to end users in a timely, cost-efficient manner." Included. Responsibilities list we captured. Qualifications we captured. Benefits we captured. We also have "For more information about Total Rewards, visit https://sanfordcareers.com/benefits ." Included as link. We removed EEO etc. We also have "Sanford is an EEO/AA Employer M/F/Disability/Vet." removed. We also have "If you are an individual with a disability and would like to request an accommodation for help with your online application, please call 1-877-673-0854 or send an email to talent@sanfordhealth.org ." removed. We also have "Sanford has a Drug Free Workplace Policy. An accepted offer will require a drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment." removed. We also have "Req Number: R-0274264 Job Function: Facilities and General Services Featured: No" removed. Now ensure we didn't inadvertently include any boilerplate like "Careers With Purpose Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, is dedicated to transforming the health care experience and providing access to world-class health care in America’s heartland." That's introductory fluff but it's substantive? It's basically marketing. Should we keep? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. That sentence is part of the posting; it's not boilerplate like EEO. It's describing the organization. Could be considered substantive. However we might incorporate it into About the role? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It didn't forbid having a paragraph about the organization. We could include it in About the role as a paragraph before facility details. But we need to decide if we should keep it. It's not required to be removed. It's not EEO/legal. It's okay to keep. Thus About the role could start with that sentence. Let's incorporate:
