Inventory & Logistics Manager

Responsibilities
- Process shipment requests
- Create picking material lists
- Create and update delivery calendar
- Stock management including cycle counts, pool management, and returned goods
- WIP (Work In Progress) management: review, reconcile, project closeout, and review of projects that are 90% complete
- Lead warehouse staff in inventory preparation
- Assist in reviewing and implementing processes and procedures to improve overall operation
- Other relative duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position related to inventory practices, accounting, or finance
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Forklift certification (training will be provided)
- Good communication skills
- Leadership capabilities

Work Environment
This job operates primarily in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. May occasionally require driving to project sites.
