Inventory & Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Process shipment requests
• Create picking material lists
• Create and update delivery calendar
• Stock management including cycle counts, pool management, and returned goods
• WIP (Work In Progress) management: review, reconcile, project closeout, and review of projects that are 90% complete
• Lead warehouse staff in inventory preparation
• Assist in reviewing and implementing processes and procedures to improve overall operation
• Other relative duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/experience
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position related to inventory practices, accounting, or finance
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Forklift certification (training will be provided)
• Good communication skills
• Leadership capabilities

Work Environment

This job operates primarily in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. May occasionally require driving to project sites.
