Inventory Lead - Days

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Works closely with the warehouse, 3PL hubs, and transportation group
• Maintain emails and Salesforce case assignments within required daily goals
• 3PL Processing Return/Manifest spreadsheets
• Correspond with Hubs and ensure accuracy of return product manifests
• Manage the OS&D process with the Hubs
• Track Historical Data related to return manifests
• Work closely with and support the warehouse triage team during unloading of returns
• Lead Returns Function or any Department Function
• Audit functions for accuracy
• Train new employees
• Continuously improve processes and update SOPs

Education, Experience And Other Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; College degree preferred
• Years of experience: Inventory Experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s license preferred
• Computer proficiency: Working knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Office products and Storis
• Understanding of general work practices in warehousing and distribution, including order processing, picking, and shipping processes and procedures
• Dedicated to business and allow flexibility with work hours if necessary (standard work hours could be 7:30 – 4:00. OT as needed including Saturdays)

• Performing tasks using a computer and telephone daily
• Repetitive processing steps
• Maintain confidentiality of customer’s information
• Always willing to adapt to change and keep an open mind to training
• Consistent regular scheduled attendance is considered an essential function of this job
