Inventory Equipment Operator

About the role

As an Equipment Operator on the PM Shift, you will assist with order picking, let downs, replenishment and support all departments in meeting their goals while working with products from clients involved in the active lifestyle. The position is located at 2325 Newlins Mill Road, Easton, PA 18045.

Responsibilities

• Operate motorized warehouse machinery including forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, and electric pallet‑jacks.
• Perform receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning, and cycle counting.
• Investigate missing items (MIA) and report inventory discrepancies.
• Conduct quality control (QC) variance verification.
• Act as Lost Found Investigator: cycle count and investigate lost product resulting from the cycle count process.
• Follow NRI safety rules, procedures, security protocol, and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Maintain work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ months of forklift experience on an order/cherry picker.
• Clean driving record.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walk and stand for extended periods, climb ladders/stairs, work at heights, and tolerate dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, and cold.
• Ability to learn the basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS).
• Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Trustworthy and moral character (subject to pre‑employment background and drug tests).
