Inventory Cycle Counter / Reconciliation Clerk
Key Responsibilities
- Perform required daily cycle counts as required by the Corporate Audit schedule
- Reconcile parts through the systems (JDE, WMS, SAP/EWM etc.)
- Inventory Control responsibility for both Warehouse and Plant locations.
- Investigate and search for priority NIL missing parts
- Investigate parts by interacting with the supervisor, team lead, warehouse staff and planning team.
- Ability to Learn all functions within the Cycle Count Team in both Warehouse and Plant locations
- NIL resolution
- Variance resolution
- Cycle Counting
- Others as assigned
- Work as a team member to provide feedback and drive improvements
Experience Required
- Proficiency in JDE / Warehouse Management Systems
- Ability to learn SAP/EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
- Proficiency in Microsoft EXCEL
- Problem Solving Experience utilizing LEAN tools.
- Effective and professional communication.
- Verbal and Written
- Ability to read and understand Part Drawings
- Self-driven.
- Basic email skills
- Must be able to operate material handling equipment.
- Ability to access parts in elevated locations up to 25 ft.
- Ability to work overtime and/or weekends when required
- HS Diploma/GED, 1 year manufacturing experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years manufacturing experience
- JDE and WMS experience
- Excel Proficiency
- Forklift experience
Pay Transparency
The starting hourly rate is $26.03 per hour.
