About the role
The ICQA Associate II plays a crucial role in inventory cycle counting and monitoring within the warehouse. Reporting to the ICQA Manager/Supervisor, this position focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy and quality, resolving discrepancies, and supporting associates in following proper procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and audit inbound/outbound shipments to ensure inventory accuracy and quality
- Identify, research, document, and resolve inventory discrepancies; escalate issues to facility leadership as necessary
- Verify quantity on hand by physically inspecting and counting product across various packaging types
- Maintain accurate product identification, location, and lot code data in appropriate systems
- Support associates in following standard operating procedures for inventory transactions
- Report inventory accuracy and discrepancy findings verbally and in writing
- Assist with special inventory projects as directed; operate PIV equipment as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Forklift certification strongly preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year’s experience as a cycle counter in a warehouse/distribution setting
- Experience conducting process audits and audits on inbound and outbound shipments
- Knowledge of Lean concepts preferred
- Working knowledge of warehouse management systems preferred
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred)
- Basic math skills - add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Must be able to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment

Schedule
This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7am-3:30pm.
