Inventory Counter

About the role

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients, and health & biosciences, delivering sustainable innovations that elevate everyday products. As an Inventory Planner in South Brunswick, you will ensure inventory accuracy both in the system and onsite. This is a Day Shift position involving manual duties related to the movement of products and materials, as well as verifying the physical accuracy of shipping and receiving functions.

Responsibilities

• Validate raw material and finished good inventory through Continuous Inventory and Cycle Counting processes.
• Review material movements, usage, and process necessary inventory adjustments to correct discrepancies.
• Resolve missing inventory issues in a timely fashion.
• Address COGIs, posting changes, and backflushing discrepancies.
• Provide feedback on causes of discrepancies to ensure Best Inventory Practices.
• Segregate rejected, obsolete, or slow-moving materials as recommended by the business.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Understanding of basic mathematical equations.
• Analytical skills to evaluate inventory discrepancies and make recommendations for resolution.
• Ability to perform at high standards with minimal supervision.
• Ability to use fork and drum lifts, pallet movers, and operate scales.
• Must be able to push or pull up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma.

Pay

Salary Range: $32,396.00 – $46,280.00 USD
