About the Opportunity
The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing all product orders and maintaining status reports to support smooth operational processes. This role ensures accurate tracking and communication regarding orders, contributing to the organization’s ability to deliver products effectively and uphold its reputation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for vendors and sales regarding order questions or concerns.
- Track and place all initial product orders.
- Enter data and follow up on orders in company systems.
- Maintain job status reports.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Strong time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-service oriented.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of production/service catalog and ordering procedures.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Starting pay is $20-$22 per hour, full-time, depending on location, experience, and internal equity.
