Responsibilities

  • Champion Lozier’s Mission, Vision, and Values by demonstrating the behaviors that contribute to Lozier’s success.
  • Identify discrete jobs that are incapable of processing, determine root cause, and take action to address.
  • Liaison between manufacturing and production and inventory control.
  • Identify and correct any inventory accuracies.
  • Audit transaction processes (job sign-off, sub inventory transfers, etc.) to ensure physical product matches ERP system.
  • Identify any bill of materials (BOM), route issues, and liaison between interdisciplinary teams.
  • Execute continuous improvement projects related to improving product flow.
  • Identifying, analyzing and addressing gaps in inventory processes.
  • Demonstrate regular attendance and timeliness in reporting to work, meetings, and completing assignments.
  • Ability to work and interact well with others.

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent qualifying experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Required Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally with others both verbally and in writing; demonstrated ability to navigate applications and software; analytical mindset - ability and curiosity to solve problems; highly organized; ability to manage multiple projects at the same time; self-motivated, ability to work independently or as part of different team.

Qualifications

  • Preferred Skills: Oracle or other ERP; basic level of Excel.

Skills

  • Ability to work in a manufacturing setting, upstairs, downstairs, factory floor.
  • Overtime as needed.
