Responsibilities

  • Drive the physical heartbeat of the hospital by leading the high-volume stocking, lifting, and transport of medical supplies to ensure every clinical unit is fully prepared for patient care.
  • Master the logistics of clinical readiness by managing a high-energy "right product, right place, right time" work‑flow, maintaining an organized and efficient storeroom through consistent physical activity.
  • Optimize inventory levels for both essential commodities and specialized medical items, ensuring seamless ordering and returns to prevent delays in patient treatment.
  • Partner with nursing leadership to pro‑actively resolve supply gaps, acting as a vital link between the warehouse and the bedside to support a high‑functioning medical team.
  • Manage vendor adherence and contract standards, ensuring that deliveries and inventory reviews meet our high benchmarks for accuracy and stewardship.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
