Inventory Coordination

Responsibilities

• Keep racks full (top priority)
• Perform daily push test or backstock log
• Pull bins and update the digital backstock log; hang updates
• Maintain a log of observations about the products being purchased
• Update rack maintenance and hang lists
• Weekly top‑shelf rotation: select one section each week, pull down items that have been in inventory for six months or more, reprice them at 50 % off, and place them at a designated eye‑level location
• Act as buyer once per week
• Inspect and process damaged, missing, or missing‑tag bins
• Post a buy message twice per week based on current needs
• Post a product story twice per week highlighting a major or long‑standing item
• Provide additional front‑of‑store assistance as needed
• Execute markdowns five times per year
• Become familiar with and monitor inventory reports
• Assist with new product introductions
• Support Grassroot events

Compensation

$12.00 – $14.00 per hour
