Responsibilities
- Uses an automated inventory control and par leveling system for the ordering, stocking/restocking of medical supplies under the scope of the supply chain management.
- Restocks supplies daily and rotates inventory supporting accurate inventory levels, generating requisitions as needed.
- Distributes medical supplies to patient care areas, while monitoring par levels for specific products to assure that appropriate levels are established in order not to affect patient care.
- Identifies opportunities through the manipulation of par levels, address slow moving inventory by removing product or increasing par levels to meet departmental demand.
- Maintains clean and orderly stock locations and labels products.
- Acts as liaison between clinical staff and supply chain management as needed.
- Works with and follows instructions of the GMP Specialist in the event of recalls to pull relevant products.
- Performs monthly Expired Lot audit.
- Communicates inventory shortages to Stores Lead or Purchasing.
- Trains new workers in area operations.
- Provides vacation and sick call coverage for Inventory Techs.
Requirements
- High School Degree, GED, or equivalent combination of education.
- One year supply chain related experience or other relevant experience.
- Must be able to attain Pharmacy Assistant License within 45 days of hire.
- Knowledge of computerized or automated systems operations.
- Knowledge of record keeping practices.
- Ability to effectively communicate.
- Basic math skills and knowledge of units of measure.
- Knowledge of safety practice.
- Ability to lift heavy packages and objects > 50 lbs. using proper technique.
- Must be able to push/pull cart with 400 lbs. load.
Qualifications
- High School Degree, GED, or equivalent combination of education.

Pay
The hourly pay range for this position is from $21.30 to $30.13 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Full-time (1.0 FTE) position, working Monday-Friday, 12:00pm to 8:30pm at the South Lake Union location.
