Inventory Control Supervisor (Second Shift)

Avantor is seeking a 2nd Shift Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee inventory movement in support of multiple ISO class 7 cleanroom locations. This full-time position is based in Devens, MA.

Responsibilities

• Apply sound communication and motivational techniques in supervising, coaching, and disciplining employees.
• Maintain and update inventory records.
• Conduct searches to locate products within the system and adjust records when discrepancies occur.
• Maintain records to accurately track recouped product and return saleable product to stock.
• Supervise inventory quality and accuracy assurance programs, including weekly and monthly reports.
• Develop necessary reports and documentation to facilitate accurate inventory counts, including records of all audits, counts, and adjustments.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives and Warehouse Supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related experience; prior experience in a lead or supervisory role desired.

Skills

• Proficiency in mathematics, personal computers (Excel), and spreadsheets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse and inventory management systems.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM.

Pay

The expected pre-tax pay for this position is $56,500.00 – $90,850.00. Actual pay may differ based on prior experience and geographic location.
