Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain and build strong customer relationships through responsive and creative service strategies.
• Work Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 11:00 pm.
• Starting rate is $19.50 per hour.
• Manage customer inventory (audits, scrub counts, linen reconciliations).
• Provide support to facilitate improvement with working relationships and inter-departmental cooperation.
• Conduct daily clean return audits as needed.
• Ensure 100% completion of quarterly customer contacts and audits.
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory at customer locations.
• Conduct customer goodwill visits.
• Manage daily communication of customer interactions to DSM/GM.
• Account improvement with new products and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in material and inventory management.
• Minimum of 1-year experience with customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• High School Diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
• Some delivery or route experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and push and pull carts of linen.

Pay

$19.50 per hour

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 11:00 pm
