Position Summary

Essential Functions
- Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, components, work-in-process, and finished goods
- Monitor inventory levels and movements using computerized inventory control systems
- Perform regular cycle counts and coordinate periodic physical inventory audits
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, variances, and adjustments
- Ensure inventory transactions are properly recorded, including receipts, transfers, issues, and returns
- Coincide with manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse personnel to ensure inventory accuracy and traceability
- Generate inventory reports for management as requested
- Support continuous improvement of inventory control processes and procedures
- Ensure inventory practices comply with Headworks' ISO, quality, and safety standards
- Aid with setup and maintenance of inventory items and system parameters
- Support shipping and receiving activities as needed to verify inventory accuracy
- Maintain organized and accurate inventory storage areas
- Adapt to changing schedules and operational priorities as required
Requirements
- Strong computer skills, including Excel and inventory management systems
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies or trends
- Working knowledge of manufacturing or warehouse environments
- Technical experience with accounting, MRP software preferred
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent minimum
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
- 3+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or manufacturing support
