Your Role And Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts / 2nd cycle counts efficiently and accurately in a timely manner.
- Safely operate - Powered Industrial Equipment provided to perform cycle counts, restocks, and inventory corrections.
- Perform inventory adjustments after verification of accuracy.
- Physically and systematically research with ability to communicate back to management and team members.
- Absorb and assist in fostering and driving a team-based environment.
- Ensure safe and clean work areas.
- Perform/complete special project assignments with little to no supervision.
- Occasionally move pallets with the use of a pallet jack.
How To Succeed / Your Profile
- 1-3 years of experience with Inventory Control (preferred).
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Basic Math skills to include : addition, subtraction, multiplication and division with or without the use of a calculator.
- Experience with Link, Mocha Telnet, or similar ERP systems/tools.
- Intermediate experience within excel.
- Ability to multitask with little to no supervision.
- Ability to interact effectively and productively with co-workers in all departments while maintaining composure.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Frequent standing and walking.
- Repetitive motion, and use of hands and arms for reaching, grasping, lifting, pushing, and pulling from floor to overhead.
- Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
- Occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing may occur.
- Lift and/or move up to 15 pounds regularly, up to 40 pounds frequently, and over 50 pounds occasionally.
- Team lifting or material handling equipment is required for items over 50 pounds.
