Responsibilities
- Performs daily cycle counts of on-site materials providing accurate cycle count metrics to business operations leadership while meeting/exceeding cycle count objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) each week/month.
- Audit systems for inventory control and audit kits on site.
- Establish and audit kits on TBM.
- Support projects around site, like receiving gantries, clearing S&R, and coordinating/offloading trucks.
- Maintain and reference Inventory records on demand.
- Identify on-site inventory discrepancies, investigate root causes and recommend improvements to cross-functional teams for the purpose of obtaining high levels of inventory accuracy.
- Performs and assists with variance reconciliation, and correction transactions
- Use computers, scanners, printers, and specialized software to identify and verify material while assisting with general material handling and inventory control activities as required.
- Promptly unload trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.
- Manage receipt of all inbound products, materials, and supplies, including the physical and systemic receipt and put-away to slotted and labeled locations.
- Prepare for shipment all outbound products, materials and supplies including creating appropriate bills of lading.
- Work with buyers, finance and Suppliers to reconcile discrepancies in receiving and invoicing.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a cycle counter or inventory control associate and knowledge of inventory systems (WARP, MOS/MES, SAP or equivalent).
- Strong computer and analytic skills, especially Excel (intermediate level required).
- Attention to detail and a commitment to identifying data inaccuracies.
- Ability to work independently on daily tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment while being adaptable to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Forklift certification required.
- Must be able to lift up-to 30 lbs. on a regular, and repetitive basis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate data analysis.
Added Responsibilities
- Position may require extended work hours and weekend work.
- Position may require use of personal vehicle to transit between work sites.
