Inventory Data Specialist Location: Rogers, MN (100% Onsite) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Pay: $24.00/hour Contract Length: 6 Months (potential to extend) About The Opportunity Are you detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with both computers and warehouse operations? We are seeking an Inventory Master Data Clerk to support inventory accuracy and data integrity within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with data entry, inventory, warehouse, or administrative experience who enjoys working with information, solving problems, and collaborating with multiple teams. What You'll Be Doing As an Inventory Master Data Clerk, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records and master data by collecting and entering inventory measurements and product information into the ERP system. Key Responsibilities Include Measuring pallets, containers, and inventory items (length, width, and height)Weighing materials using warehouse scales and equipmentEntering inventory data, measurements, and specifications into the ERP system and Excel spreadsheetsReviewing inventory records for missing or inaccurate informationMaintaining organized documentation and recordsSupporting inventory audits and data validation effortsCollaborating with warehouse, inventory control, and planning teams to resolve discrepanciesAssisting with additional inventory-related projects as neededSpending time in the warehouse to verify inventory and product information firsthand What We're Looking For Required Qualifications At least 1 year of data entry experienceComfortable working in both an office and warehouse settingExperience using ERP systemsProficiency with Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Qualifications Previous inventory, warehouse, or inventory control experienceForklift experience or certificationExperience working with inventory databases or master data management systems Ideal Candidate You May Be a Great Fit If You Are Highly organized and detail-orientedComfortable performing repetitive data entry tasks with accuracyAble to identify errors and inconsistencies in dataSelf-motivated and capable of working independentlyComfortable moving between office and warehouse environmentsStrong with basic math, measurements, and problem-solving Why Consider This Opportunity?
