Inventory Control Specialist - $17.50/hr.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of merchandise flow throughout the park
• Ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with established procedures
• Generation and analysis of inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Data entry for purchase orders, internal transfers, damages, and inventory adjustments
• Creation of weekly pick lists for retail locations
• Assistance with annual physical inventories, reconciliation, and audits
• Management of daily ordering system for timely distribution
• Maintenance of system user access and training on policies and procedures
• Cordination of merchandise movement between park locations
• Management of item ticketing and price changes
• Research and processing of distributions for "Not in Park" items
• Communication with vendors for inventory and merchandise issues
• Overseeing work crew assignments and follow-up on tasks
• Performing other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency with computers, especially Microsoft Excel and 10-key data entry
• Ability to maintain daily orders, transfers, receiving, and store inventory using APTOS system
• Strong organizational and guest service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Minimum of 30–35 hours per week
