Inventory Control Operator (Full-time) - Day Shift

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and support efficient warehouse operations
- Perform audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory records are up to date
- Resolve discrepancies and support corrective actions
- Implement inventory control procedures and best practices
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide training and guidance on inventory processes
- Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in inventory control or related roles
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally (with assistance)
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
- Flexible to work overtime based on business needs
Skills
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and inventory systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory software
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to read, write, and understand English
- Team-oriented and proactive
Pay
The approximate hourly pay for this position is $21.48. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.

Schedule
This role operates on the 1st shift, with a schedule of Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm.
Onboarding
To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.
