About the role

This role involves coordinating and verifying the movement of raw materials to and from the warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy to support daily production activities during the assigned shift.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and supervise the inventory team to ensure accurate and timely ingredient processing for Division 7 manufacturing.
  • Maintain precise inventory records within the department.
  • Verify received and returned ingredients from the preparation area.
  • Perform necessary inventory transactions throughout the shift.
  • Ensure compliance with allergen control protocols and uphold the integrity of containment (IOC) of all ingredients during handling.
  • Confirm accuracy of lot numbers and material movements within the inventory system.
  • Promote a positive work environment by providing leadership and mentoring to team members.

Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant inventory management experience
  • Experience in food manufacturing preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent required

Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $20.50 to $21.01, with an additional shift differential of $1.00 for second shift. Weekend work may be required based on operational needs.
