Inventory Control Manager (Onsite, Fort Worth)

Located in Fort Worth, TX, this onsite Inventory Control Manager role sits at the heart of Coastal Trading Ventures’ fast‑growing eCommerce fulfillment operation. You will help build the warehouse management system from scratch — today inventory is tracked in spreadsheets, the company is the fifth‑largest seller by volume on Amazon, and the 125,000 sq ft Fort Worth facility is poised to double within the next one to two years. You will own inventory accuracy throughout that transition, leading a growing team and establishing the controls that will become the permanent standard. Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 10+ across inventory control and QA, including a manager and team lead who report directly to you.
• Enforce a strict 3‑way match (PO vs. Packing Slip vs. Physical Count) at the dock — you’re the final authority on what we pay for.
• Own the “grey area” of inventory during production and kitting: track units pulled for a build, ensure they’re consumed correctly in the system, and reconcile leftover raw materials immediately.
• Act as the “Data Cleaner” for the upcoming W
