Inventory Control Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the inventory expert and thoroughly maintain inventory accuracy.
• Master all products and understand product naming conventions.
• Understand procurement contracts, pricelists, and product compliance.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
• Develop and update warehouse procedures for purchasing, inventory, shipment methods, and equipment utilization.
• Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory count processes and prepare required operational and financial documentation.
• Maintain weekly truck and tool counts.
• Manage fleet operations, ensure compliance, and oversee service and sales vehicle maintenance.
• Train and manage warehouse staff to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach long term goals.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
• Ability to solve problems and create innovative solutions.
• Ability to adapt to constantly changing technologies and unique inventory requirements.
• Experience with data entry and inventory reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a high level of integrity.
• Effectively manage time and prioritize responsibilities.
