Inventory Control Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory valued at $10M–$20M, ensuring accuracy and system integrity.
• Lead inventory control operations and monitor key performance metrics.
• Supervise, train, and develop inventory control team members.
• Analyze inventory trends, discrepancies, and aging stock to optimize inventory levels.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
• Oversee inventory processes, including production, returns, and tracking systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audits, and inventory control standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve inventory performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing industry experience OR experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, forecasting, and warehouse operations.
• Experience with ERP/inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement mindset.
• Fully fluent in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-time position with standard business hours.
