Inventory Control Equipment Operator

Key Responsibilities
- Verify bin level accuracy of inventory and quantity within specified locations.
- Rotate stock as needed to ensure FIFO (first in, first out) rules are utilized.
- Maintain clean and organized bin locations.
- Aid with product storage profiling projects.
- Participate in picking, packing, and shipping as needed.
- Provide material handling assistance as needed.
- Partake in overall housekeeping of distribution center including cleaning, organizing, dusting, sweeping, etc.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Powerful industrial truck (PIT) license, including stock picker, walkie-rider, and reach truck certification.
Skills & Abilities
- Effective communication with leadership, managers, leads, and peers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other job-related equipment and software.
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Willingness to participate in Company designated training.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision/guidance.
- Ability to practice safe work habits.
Physical Demands
- Sitting, standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and using hands continuously for eight hours.
- Lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and occasionally with assistance lifting/moving up to 100 pounds.
- Frequent work time beyond an eight-hour shift/40-hour week including shift rotation and weekends.
- Operation of basic office equipment.
