About the role
K18, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Costing Analyst to join the Supply Chain and Operations team, reporting to the Senior Director of Planning. This role focuses on overall inventory management, accuracy, variance explanations, and costing across all warehouse locations, including 3PLs, contract manufacturers, and Amazon Fulfillment Centers. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, thrives in a cross-functional environment, and brings an entrepreneurial mindset.
Responsibilities
- Ensure inventory accuracy and integrity among all warehouse locations (3PL, contract manufacturers, Amazon Fulfillment Centers) by managing timely transactions and regular reconciliation processes (monthly, quarterly, annually).
- Manage P&L-impacting inventory general ledger accounts to resolve discrepancies and explain variances on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Develop, implement, and monitor cycle counts, annual physical inventory processes, and disposal documentation at 3PL warehouses and all locations where K18-owned inventory is present.
- Reconcile and report on inventory levels, aging reports, and yields from inventory activities to drive accuracy for open-to-buy activities and inventory health.
- Ensure item information (e.g., part numbers, cost, price) is accurate within internal systems and documents.
- Facilitate streamlined communications and information sharing with external auditors during the annual audit.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of work experience in Inventory Management, preferably in the beauty or personal care consumer packaged goods industry.
- Working knowledge of Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Planning, and Manufacturing.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems, Parabola, and WMS platforms is a plus.
Additional Notes
This is a remote/home-office-based role with the ability to travel for offsite events.
Pay
Salary range: $85,000–$110,000 USD. The actual base salary will depend on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and location.
