Star Staffing is hiring an Inventory Control Coordinator for a client in Santa Rosa, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with an established medical manufacturing company.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory and ensure counts match the computer system.
  • Receive, count, and inspect incoming materials.
  • Prepare and verify outgoing shipments and paperwork.
  • Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
  • Enter received materials into the inventory system.
  • Move materials to the correct warehouse or production area.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient.
  • Monitor packaging and cleanroom supplies and report low inventory.
  • Help with physical inventory counts.
  • Identify slow-moving or outdated inventory.
  • Follow company safety, quality, and ISO procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of production or warehouse experience.
  • Current forklift certification required.
  • Basic computer, counting, and communication skills.
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

Medical device or plastic injection molding experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Able to stand and walk for most of the workday.
  • Able to bend, squat, reach, climb, and lift.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
  • Able to safely work in a manufacturing environment.

Pay

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Star Staffing is hiring a Quality Inspector for a manufacturing company in Santa Rosa. This is a great opportunity for someone with quality inspection experience who is detail-oriented and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect products visually and use measuring tools such as calipers.
  • Check products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Record inspection results and production information.
  • Identify and report defective or non-conforming products.
  • Assist with rework and final inspections.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Work with the production team to address quality issues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of Quality Control or Inspection experience.
  • Experience using measuring tools.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.

Qualifications

Preferred: Experience in medical device manufacturing, plastic injection molding, SPC, or ISO.

Pay

$22–$25 per hour, depending on experience, plus shift differential.

Schedule

7:00 PM – 3:30 AM
