Responsibilities

  • Perform cycle counts - all materials on site including warehouse parts, pipe, fabricated fittings, EPC material
  • Weekly raw material cycle counts and reconciliation
  • Keep accurate inventory of fab heater plates and inserts
  • Root cause investigation of inventory discrepancies to determine proper corrective action, not just disposition
  • Yard organization including segregation of EPC material and organizing at points closest to use
  • Maintain NCR and RGA products for segregation and disposition
  • Manage NCR and RGA products for segregation and disposition
  • Participate as a lead player in related continuous improvement/Lean initiatives that involve inventory related processes
  • Analyze inaccuracy trends and report recommendations to plant management for process changes or improvements or training
