About the role
Join DHL Supply Chain and play a part in one of the world’s most essential industries. In this role, you will verify and reconcile inventories for the customer, their suppliers, and DHL. You will complete physical inventories, compile and analyze reports, and act as an interface between customer support, suppliers, and customer management to resolve inventory issues.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile and perform data entry into the customer’s system of record and the WM System.
- Analyze data and transactions for root cause analysis using Excel spreadsheets.
- Monitor and key data for several in-transit buckets within SAP for finance department reporting.
- Compile and maintain cycle count data for management reports to the customer.
- Monitor failed transactions and physically reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate between customer support, suppliers, and the customer on inventory issues for resolution.
- Investigate any/all shrinkage of inventory and advise the departmental manager.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1-3 years of warehousing experience; preferably with a barcode system.
- Working experience with cycle count and inventory control.
- Knowledge of and experience with inventory systems and/or Topex.
- Working knowledge of SAP inventory.
Preferred Skills
- A minimum of 6 months operating a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) forklift or Reach Truck.
Pay
$23.25 per hour.
Schedule
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday (First Shift).
