About the role

Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned maintenance supply company with 30 branches nationwide. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded Inventory Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of all warehouse product aisles and areas; provide written notification of any unsafe conditions to the Lead Inventory Control Coordinator.
• Complete daily cycle counting, process customer returns and vendor returns, and handle other duties as assigned by management or the Lead Inventory Control Coordinator.
• Submit all daily cycle count paperwork and relay specific count or product issues to the Lead Inventory Control Coordinator via cycle count documents.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods onto or off delivery vehicles according to Chadwell Supply operating procedures.
• Record, process, and restock all customer-returned products brought back by Chadwell delivery drivers.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse and dock area; attend weekly safety meetings with other personnel.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be in good physical condition: capable of lifting in excess of 60 pounds, standing for extended periods, climbing steps and ladders, bending, stooping, and carrying products up steps, stairs, and down ramps.
• Must have previous experience operating warehouse equipment including sit-down forklifts, standing forklifts, and standing order selectors.

Pay

$20.10 - $20.65 per hour, based on experience, plus quarterly bonuses.

Schedule

Full-time: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–finish (3:30 PM CST). Guaranteed 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities; no weekends.
