Inventory Control Clerk I - Quality Assurance

Compensation

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Responsibilities

• Performs distribution center inventory control and research functions to maintain inventory accuracy and support efficient operations.
• Researches and resolves inventory discrepancies, performs audits and cycle counts, processes inventory adjustments, and supports receiving, stocking, and distribution center inventory processes.
• Perform order adjustments, repicks, inventory transfers, inventory adjustments, and quantity corrections to maintain inventory accuracy and resolve allocation issues.
• Maintain safe work environment, including but not limited to safely lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies, dimensional concerns, max cap issues, and receiving problems to leadership teams.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while following all operational, quality, and safety procedures while identifying unsafe practices or conditions.
• Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy, distribution center shrinks goals, and operational performance metrics.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory research and reconciliation processes.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.
