Inventory Control Clerk

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Inventory Associate to join our supply chain and warehouse management team. The ideal candidate will help maintain accurate inventory levels, analyze stock data, and support procurement and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory control activities including stock counting, cycle counting, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with logistics functions such as shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and materials handling to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Assist the Inventory Manager with daily inventory processes and procedures.
• Handle heavy lifting as needed during materials handling activities while adhering to safety protocols.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse distribution, inventory management software (such as ERP systems), or supply chain analytics.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration across departments such as production planning or merchandising.
• Physical ability for heavy lifting when necessary; adherence to safety standards is essential.
• Strong math skills and technical proficiency in ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms (preferred).
• Familiarity with forklift operation or order picking (a plus).
