Job Overview

Support supply chain and inventory operations by assisting in ordering, tracking, and managing materials. Work closely with Supply Chain Specialists and Inventory Specialists to ensure smooth handling of NPI and production materials. Ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency in inventory-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Supply Chain Specialist and Inventory Specialist in ordering materials.
• Track NPI (New Product Introduction) and production materials.
• Affiliate: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring material availability.

Requirements

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent experience.

Skills & Experience

• Good English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Experience with electronics material handling requirements.
• Computer skills including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), SAP, or other inventory systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Comfortable working and communicating with team members.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when required.
• Ability to handle delicate parts with care.
