Responsibilities
- Perform regularly scheduled cycle counts by location, product number, and description.
- Count, verify, and sort inventory.
- Monitor inventory daily and conduct scheduled audits to ensure accuracy.
- Troubleshoot daily inventory control issues and reconcile any inventory variances.
- Make inventory adjustments, transfers, and transactions as needed.
- Analyze the warehouse layout, procedures, and systems in place, and recommend changes to maximize slotting efficiency.
- Review and work Inventory Control KACE Ticket queue, including OSP pulls, item audits, product switches, Showroom pulls, and other requests.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly appearance in the work area.
- Alert management of potential safety problems or violations in the DCAble to lift 30 lbs.
- Operate MHE as required to fulfill department tasks.
Requirements
- High integrity and professionalism
- Basic knowledge of RF Technology
- Willingness to be Material Handling Equipment certified and operate equipment
- Computer knowledge to include proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- The ability to learn GALLS’ internal systems (Mocha and GQ)
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to understand and follow detailed written or verbal instructions
- Performance history of quality-conscious work, good attendance, and safe work habits
- Must be responsible, enthusiastic, trustworthy, and able to multitask and work with minimal supervision
- Able to work overtime or varied hours per business need
- Read and write in English
- Ability to take initiative
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in inventory control or similar field preferred
- Knowledge of material handling equipment and operations
